  • Get ready to sweat! 🔥💗💦

    Our signature flow - this upbeat, powerful class is designed to challenge you physically, get your heart rate up, and awaken your mental strength and untapped potential! Set to fun music, this class will leave you feeling like you worked hard but also relaxed and rejuvenated. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees with 40% humidity. All levels welcome, no experience required!

Slow Power

A little less heat 🔥 & a little more chill!

  • A little less heat and a little more chill. We slow down the pace of our signature power flow to give you more time to settle into each pose and feel grounded in your body. This class is great if you are new to the practice or just looking for a strong, intentional flow at a bit of a slower pace. The room is heated to approx. 80-85 degrees, a nice temperature, not as hot as our hot power classes.

Full body relaxation

  • Deep, low to the ground stretching poses held for longer periods of time. A great compliment to your power practice, yin yoga gets deep into your connective tissues to improve flexibility, boost circulation, and reduce tension. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! This class is great if you need to de-stress, get a great stretch for sore and overworked muscles and improve overall flexibility of your body and mind. The room will be cozy warm but not hot.

Hot Bootcamp

Burn Baby Burn! 🔥🔥🔥

  • This high energy butt-kicking class will start & end like a traditional yoga class, but the middle is far from traditional in this hot bootcamp 45!

    You’ll laugh, sweat and push yourself during this 4 round, 45 minute tabata inspired workout. Each round includes 2 moves back to back followed by a “Mer-Minute” to empower & inspire you through to the end. This class promises to leave you breathless, inspired and energized. You’ll end with a well deserved Savasana that will leave you wanting more.

  • Held, static postures with a focus on deep breathing and meditation, restorative yoga helps elicit your relaxation response. This style uses props to fully support the body, requiring no strain or struggle, to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The room will not be heated from optimal comfort while lying still.
